Mr. Tran Van Nam has over 15 years of experience in the design, construction, and operation of wastewater treatment systems, water supply systems, and environmental technical infrastructure. As Deputy Director, he is responsible for ensuring that MTVi’s technical solutions fully comply with applicable technical standards and regulatory requirements, while delivering stable, efficient, and sustainable long-term performance.

Ms. Hoang Thi Tinh, Chief Financial Officer, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and has over 15 years of experience in corporate financial management. She specializes in financial governance, cost control, and financial strategy development, contributing to operational efficiency and the sustainable growth of the company.

Nguyen Thi Van Hien

Environmental Advisory & Service Development Director

Ms. Nguyen Thi Van Hien is an environmental engineer with over 10 years of experience in environmental consulting and regulatory advisory services for enterprises. She has directly participated in numerous projects involving environmental legal documentation, including Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and Environmental Licenses, at both ministerial and provincial levels. With a strong professional foundation and practical management experience, Ms. Hien plays a key role in enhancing the company’s brand reputation and ensuring the quality and excellence of its environmental consulting services.

Nguyen Ngoc Tu, M.Sc

Environmental Solutions Consultant

Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Tu has over 15 years of experience in industrial system management, plant operations, and project implementation for FDI enterprises. He specializes in effectively bridging regulatory compliance requirements, technical solutions, and practical operational needs, ensuring that environmental solutions meet international standards while remaining highly feasible and practical in real-world applications.

Mr. Bui Thanh Liem has over 10 years of experience in business management and development, having held various management positions in business operations and market development at major companies such as Home Credit Vietnam and Cho Lon Electronics & Furniture Supermarket. With strong practical experience in business management and market expansion, he contributes to enhancing operational efficiency and competitiveness of MTVi Khanh Hoa Branch.

Dang Thanh Binh, M.Sc

Deputy Director, Khanh Hoa Provincial Hydrometeorological Station

Hydrometeorology Expert

Mr. Dang Thanh Binh is a hydrometeorology expert with nearly 30 years of experience working in the South Central Coast region of Vietnam. He previously served as Head of the Forecasting Department at the Ninh Thuan and Khanh Hoa Hydrometeorological Stations, where he was directly involved in weather forecasting, disaster warning, climate change monitoring, and water resource management.

With strong expertise in climate, hydrology, and climate change adaptation, he has led and participated in numerous scientific research projects and resource management initiatives, as well as ESG training and greenhouse gas inventory programs, supporting both government agencies and businesses in climate adaptation and sustainable development.

Nguyen Ba Huan

Civil and Industrial Construction Engineer

Mr. Nguyen Ba Huan is a construction engineer with over 15 years of experience in structural design, project management, and construction of civil and industrial works. He graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil and Industrial Construction Engineering from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology and holds multiple Class I and Class II professional licenses in design, supervision, and project management.

He has extensive experience implementing projects including factories, industrial parks, wastewater and water supply treatment systems, technical infrastructure, and commercial buildings, participating throughout the entire project lifecycle from bidding, design, and construction management to cost and quality control.

With strong expertise in reinforced concrete structures, steel structures, pile foundations, and soft soil treatment, he has participated in the design and management of numerous large-scale projects for manufacturing plants, logistics centers, and industrial parks, contributing to technical quality assurance, cost optimization, and efficient project operations.

Huynh Quang Khoa

Environmental Engineering Engineer

Mr. Huynh Quang Khoa is an environmental engineer who graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) with a major in Environmental Engineering Technology. He has over 10 years of experience in environmental consulting, project management, and the implementation of wastewater, exhaust gas, and waste treatment systems.

He has been involved in designing environmental solutions, preparing environmental documentation, managing construction, and operating environmental treatment facilities for various industrial and manufacturing projects. With practical experience in environmental consulting and treatment technology implementation, he contributes to improving system efficiency and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations for businesses.
