Ms. Phan Thi Hoai Tam graduated in Environmental Engineering from HCMC University of Agriculture and Forestry, bringing over 10 years of expertise in environmental advisory and hazardous waste (HW) management. She oversees the operations of the Circular Resources Division and strategic business development.
