On January 7, 2022, the Government issued Decree No. 06/2022/NĐ-CP, providing regulations on mitigation of greenhouse gas emissions and protection of the ozone layer. This Decree details a number of articles of the Law on Environmental Protection, including provisions on greenhouse gas emission mitigation, ozone layer protection, and the organization and development of the carbon market.
