On June 12, 2025, the Government promulgated Decree No. 136/2025/ND-CP providing for decentralization and delegation of authority in the agriculture and environment sectors. The Decree aims to clarify the powers and responsibilities among different levels of state administration, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency in the implementation of state management functions.
