Decree No. 119/2025/NĐ-CP dated June 9, 2025 of the Government amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 06/2022/NĐ-CP dated January 7, 2022 on mitigation of greenhouse gas emissions and protection of the ozone layer

On June 9, 2025, the Government issued Decree No. 119/2025/NĐ-CP amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 06/2022/NĐ-CP dated January 7, 2022 on mitigation of greenhouse gas emissions and protection of the ozone layer.

Under this Decree, the organization of facility-level greenhouse gas inventories and the preparation of facility-level greenhouse gas inventory reports shall be conducted biennially (once every two years) from 2024 onwards, in accordance with Form No. 06 in Appendix II issued together with the Decree. The reports must be submitted to the provincial-level People’s Committees before March 31 each year, starting from 2025.
