In order to ensure consistency with the new provisions of the 2020 Law on Environmental Protection, the Government issued Decree No. 45/2022/NĐ-CP regulating penalties for administrative violations in the field of environmental protection.
This Decree replaces:
- Decree No. 155/2016/NĐ-CP dated November 18, 2016 of the Government on penalties for administrative violations in the field of environmental protection;
- Decree No. 55/2021/NĐ-CP dated May 24, 2021 of the Government.
